Paddy Osadebe struck the winner since Macclesfield came from behind to beat Port Vale 2-1 at Moss Rose.
The midfielder drifted midway through the second half to violate up the hosts seven-game winless league run.
Richie Bennetts fifth of the year had put the visitors ahead on 12 minutes, out-muscling Miles Welch-Hayes to attain David Worrall kick and also power that a firm header beyond Owen Evans.
