Elliot Daly, Jonny May and Anthony Watson constitute the three, while Ben Youngs has been set to become the player for England.
Kyle Sinckler, Jamie George and joe Marler are named using both Maro and Kruis Itoje as the lock pairing in the front row.
Tom Curry, Sam Underhill and Billy Vunipola will begin in the rear row.
Were in Tokyo for the first time along with that the gamers are excited to be here and have had a great weeks preparation so far, said Jones.
