Eddie Jones says Scotland cannot blame Typhoon Hagibis for potential Rugby World Cup exit

When theyre knocked from the World Cup from Super Typhoon Hagibis, eddie Jones has empathy for Scotland.
If their match against hosts Japan on Sunday is cancelled because of the approaching cyclone, the Scots will lose out to the quarter-finals.
Englands struggle with France and New Zealands match against Italy have already been called off and Jones has restricted sympathy for Gregor Townsends men, given that teams understood that the possibility of extreme weather events to intervene.
England secured excellence with a game to spare and Jones explained:We have been referring to it all of the time, about the possibility that this was likely to happen.
It is typhoon season. You know whats going to take place. Its typhoon season here and youve got to be prepared for it.
We had a notion it could happen and thus you have to accumulate points in your games to put yourself in the right place in case that happened.
We just knew there was the possibility of a game similar to this during the championship so we only wanted to put ourselves in the best place we can.
This is supposed to become a big typhoon, so I really dont find any other option that the organisers had. Thats the reason why were not worried at all about the comings and goings of it, we think that its the perfect choice.
New Zealand head coach Steve Hansen has echoed Jones opinion.
We have to back World Rugbys conclusion and when other teams miss out, it is unfortunate, it is going to be disappointing, Hansen said.
If you would like to be really callous, then it is about making sure you win the matches in route through because everyone knew that this could be a possibility.
