England’s Paul Casey retains a one-shot lead.
Despite suffering with disease, in conditions, Casey, 42, shot a six-under 66, such as back-to-back birdies on the 13th and 14th holes.

„That is one of the best rounds I have played this season,“ said Casey.
„A couple of putts slid by but it’s such a challenging golf course. I was delighted with the patience I had been showing and the score doesn’t do justice to it.
„I would have been happy to be under level, never mind six. I am not feeling great, but it’s what it is – beware that the ill golfer.“
Has won 13 times on the European Tour, but is aiming to get his first success because the KLM Open in September 2014.
Former Masters champion Patrick Reed needed to birdie the last three holes to shoot at a 74, while world number nine Xander Schauffele was one shot better off even though falling three shots in his last eight holes.
